The Committee plays a key role in formulating recommendations and ensuring that Quebec Iron Ore meets its commitments, thereby contributing to the project’s harmonious integration within the host community.
The Monitoring Committee’s mandate is to:
assess the impacts associated with each stage of our development in order to understand their scope;
provide a space for discussion and information sharing on the conditions, concerns, and effects of our operations on local communities and the environment;
help us develop mitigation measures that adequately address the needs of affected communities.
